Weekly Timeshare Check-In Days: Saturday only. All Guests are required to call at least 72 hours in advance to confirm your arrival date and time.
Check-in Age. Registered Party must be 21 or older and is responsible for the actions of all members of his/her party and for any loss or damages.
A government-issued ID is required to check in.
Pet Policy. Only service animals are permitted at the resort.
Smoking Policy. All rooms are non-smoking.
In the event of a violation, the area will be professionally cleaned and sanitized and the individual(s) who violated this rule will be charged the cost of the cleaning (minimum charge will be $275).
Advance Deposit Requirement. The full amount of your stay plus tax is due at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy If you cancel outside 30 days of your arrival you will receive a full refund. If you cancel 30-14 days prior to your arrival date you will forfeit 50% of the full amount of your stay plus tax. If you cancel 14-0 days prior to your arrival you will forfeit.
Quiet Time. Quiet Time is 10:00pm to 7:00am. Please respect the privacy of others.
Towel Service. We offer one complimentary mid-week towel exchange.
Room Cleaning. Our room cleaning services are priced at $115 for studios and $130 for 1-bedroom units. Please note that a minimum 72-hour notice is required to schedule a room clean. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Parking All vehicles must be registered with the front desk. Due to parking restrictions, only one vehicle per unit. The Island Manor is not responsible for any loss or damages to any vehicles parked on the property.
No Bicycles No bicycles are allowed in units or on the porches. Please use the open-air bike racks.
